Position Description
Youth Discipleship Minister (Full-Time)
Westside Church of Christ in Bakersfield, Calif., is seeking a qualified, energetic leader with a heart for youth ministry. The ideal candidate will teach Biblical truth, build strong relationships with students, and work well with elders, parents, and volunteers to create a Christ-centered environment where young people are safe to grow and develop a lasting faith. We’re looking for someone who will not only nurture students but also encourage them to become fishers of men in their daily lives.
